Who We Are

The Fun Bookshelf is a platform for a community of authors and readers to come together, creating an environment to foster creativity and support. For our readers, we offer tiered plans, ranging from a free option to unlimited access to all our stories, at $9.99 a month. Our free subscription gives readers 3 credits, for three free books each year. Through our different tiers, we can accommodate a wider audience, including readers who may come from socioeconomically disadvantaged households.

For our authors, we provide a platform to publish stories, with a short screening process followed by a publishing decision. If both the author and publisher agree to move forward, editing and cover design will begin. With the author’s consent, the final version will be published, and the author will receive a minimum of $0.001 per page for every reader who spends a ‘credit’ to add the author’s book to their library.
